Now a days a very few people are taking out their time and focusing on being healthy that’s good and bad in both the ways. First, you have made your lifestyle so substandard that is not up to the scratch and have indulge themselves in the bad habits. Second, being healthy and fit is the part of living, we should not take out time for it. It is essential and is focused throughout the day and life for living long and happy life. Third, it is a huge concern but still few people knew their condition and one-fourth of them are concerned and half of them are putting efforts. Its high time now, you need to focus the way you live and step forward for living healthy and making the HEALTHY INDIA.


LIFESTYLE
Lifestyle is the way of living life. It is expressed as a pattern of activities, attitudes, interest, opinion, values etc. and reflects self-image or self-concept. It is all about LIVING LIFE. Your lifestyle describes you, it consists of your schedule, your habits  like the at what you sleep, how much you sleep, at what time you wake up, your working hours, your addiction to alcohol and smoking etc.

Poor lifestyle fills you with negative thoughts and energy, it makes you lethargic, short-tempered, frustrated and attracts chronic pain and diseases. If you are facing any of these things you have a poor lifestyle and it’s a RED ALERT and now it’s the time to focus on your health, staying fit and taking a balanced diet.


FITNESS
Fitness is not about your appearance, it is about a person who is disease and injury free and is able to do work physically and mentally. 
Fitness is all about quality of being fit both internally and externally which consists of your mind, body and soul and also includes social and emotional health.


HEALTHY MIND
·      Do yoga
·      Meditation
·      Have enough sleep
HEALTHY BODY
·      Do at least 1 hour workout/exercise or running/brisk walks
·      Play any sport
·      Take balanced diet
HEALTHY SOUL
·      Keep your body and mind fit active and healthy.
·      Help others
·      Enjoy the fact that you and your loved ones are alive and are in pink of their health. 
·      Enjoy every day and spread smiles.

DIET
Diet is the habit or pattern of food that you consumes. Healthy and balanced diet consists of all vitamins, minerals and nutrition that a body needs. Every individual has different lifestyle and requirement of vitamins and minerals and diet is designed in such a manner to fulfill their time, availability of food and body needs. But if u eat crap you will feel and look like a crap.
Remember:
-       Diet does not includes skipping meals or over eating.
-       Diet does not made only for losing weight.
-       Diet means eat what your body wants not your tongue.
-       Eating healthy can be tasty and not boring.
-       Don’t eat alone.
